This workshop will break down the different ways you can rise your vibration though food, environment and movement, creating mindfulness and a more fulfilling life. The higher your vibration is, the more you feel balanced physically, emotionally and mentally. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. This will benefit you greatly in life ups and downs. Having the tools to rise your vibration will help you make better decisions with a clear mind, ending in better results. Bethany Block uses mindful therapy in coaching clients to get to the root of sickness, depression, anxiety, unhealthy habits, and stress. She has been working in holistic teaching for 10 years.
